What to expect

We were founded by national surf champion Francisco Canelas and run our surf and bodyboard programmes from Praia da Rocha in Portimão (RNAAT licence 158/2021). Our weekly group lesson runs for 90 minutes and is billed monthly, making it a good option if you're in the Algarve for a while and want to build a regular routine rather than book single sessions.

We also offer a two-sessions-a-week plan for guests who want to progress faster, and our Bodyboard Academy is led by champion athlete and physiotherapist Filipe Costa alongside Sandro Nóbrega, who has more than 20 years of bodyboarding experience.
