Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Algarve Circle ("AC", "we", "us"), operated by LUZAURA LDA (NIPC 518676161, Vilamoura, Portugal). By using AC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our commitments to you

The following are binding commitments written into our platform constitution. We do not change them lightly.

• 0% commission on bookings. We do not take a cut of your transactions.
• 0% markup on services. What you pay is what you pay. No hidden fees.
• We never sell your customer data. Your customer relationships are yours.
• No fake reviews, no claim-this-listing stubs, no paid promotion of competitor reviews.
• No commission ads on listing pages. Your listing is yours.
• Cancel anytime + full data export. Your photos, reviews, content leave with you.
• 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans.
• GDPR-compliant. Anonymous analytics by default; identified only with consent.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use AC. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content

Anything you upload, photos, descriptions, posts, reviews, stays yours. You grant AC a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform while your account is active. When you cancel, that licence ends.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use AC for illegal content, hate speech, fake reviews, impersonation, spam, scraping, or anything that undermines other businesses on the platform. The full Acceptable Use Policy is detailed in our admin permissions section.

Violations follow a strike system: warning, posting restriction, suspension, permanent ban. Appeals available within 30 days.

5. Subscriptions + payments

Paid tiers are billed annually via Stripe. Auto-renewal is on by default; you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We don't do hidden fees. Pricing is published openly on /pricing.

6. Charity tier

Verified Algarve charities get all Elite features at zero cost. Application + manual approval required. Annual re-verification. Fraud results in revocation (no past-benefits clawback).

7. Liability

AC is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability to you is limited to fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Disputes

Talk to us first, we resolve almost everything within 5 business days. Formal disputes governed by Portuguese law; venue Faro.

9. Changes to these Terms

We'll notify you of material changes by email + dashboard notification. The current version is always available at this URL.
