Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MB WAY on every checkout, and Multibanco once you switch it on in your Stripe. The money goes into your own account, the fatura goes out through your Moloni, and the confirmation goes out in the language the customer booked in.

Passes, memberships and vouchers
Sell a pack of classes, a monthly membership billed by Stripe, or a gift voucher for any amount or a named service. Each one is spent automatically against a real booking, and comes back if the customer cancels in time.

The slot is held while the customer fills in their details, so two people can never take the same place.

Confirm every booking the moment it is made, or check each request first. Your choice, per business.

Deposits and prepayment
Ask for a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking, paid into your own Stripe account. We never hold it.

On request mode the customer has 24 hours to pay once you accept, and both sides hear about it if the time runs out.

Adult, child, senior, resident: set a price for each and the form counts the party and works out the total.

A waiver they sign
When an option needs one, the customer reads it and types their name before the booking exists. The signed text is kept and repeated in their confirmation.

A no-show fee that is real
Ask for a card at booking when you charge for no-shows. It is only charged after you mark the no-show, for the figure the customer was shown, never more.

- Pro
The full diary: your hours, your options, deposits, MB WAY, faturas, class passes, memberships, gift vouchers and event tickets, with requests and bookings landing in your inbox and your email.
- Elite
Everything in Pro, and the booking form on your own website with no Algarve Circle badge on it. On the annual plan we build the whole thing with you and have you live within a week.
No plan ever adds commission. The price your customer sees is the price you set.

Questions owners ask
Does Algarve Circle take commission on bookings?
No. We take 0% commission on bookings on every plan that includes them. Bookings are part of the flat membership, so what your customer pays is what you keep. Payments go to your own Stripe account, never through ours.
Can I keep the booking system I already use?
Yes. From the Solo plan your listing carries a booking button that links straight into your existing system, whether that is your own site, a widget or a diary app. Nothing about your current setup has to change.
How do bookings reach me?
Each booking or request lands in your dashboard and in your email at the same time. You confirm, rearrange or decline from either, and every change is sent to the customer for you.
Can visitors book from my own website too?
Yes. The same form embeds on your site with one piece of code, in English or Portuguese, so your website, your Instagram link and your Circle listing all feed one diary. On Elite the form carries no Algarve Circle badge.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Set a deposit or full prepayment per business. The customer pays it when they book, or within 24 hours of you accepting a request, into your own Stripe account.
Which ways can customers pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MB WAY on every checkout. Multibanco appears as soon as you enable it in your own Stripe account. Every payment goes straight to that account.
Do I get invoices for what I take?
Yes. Connect your Moloni account once and a certified fatura is issued automatically for every payment, emailed to the customer, and skipped if the payment is refunded.
What happens when someone does not turn up?
If you charge a no-show fee, the customer leaves a card at booking. The fee is only charged after you mark the no-show, for the figure they were shown, and the card is released if they cancel inside your free window.
Can I sell memberships and gift vouchers?
Yes, on Pro and above. Memberships bill monthly through your own Stripe, with one period of grace if a payment fails. Vouchers are for any amount or a named service, valid twelve months, and the balance carries between bookings.
What does it cost?
A booking link comes with Solo. The full diary comes with Pro, and the white-label embed with Elite. Current prices in euros are always on the pricing page, and no plan ever adds commission.
