Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. If you choose the Monthly plan, you can cancel directly from your dashboard at any time, and you won’t be charged again. Annual plans are active for 12 months.
Is IVA (VAT) included?
As this is a B2B service, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. The current rate of 23% will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing details, and you will receive a valid tax invoice for your business expenses.
The Founder’s Circle membership is €450 + IVA at the legal rate in force (currently 23% in Portugal).
Portuguese Businesses: You will be charged the standard rate (Total: €553.50) and receive a fully deductible tax invoice.
EU Businesses (Outside Portugal): If you provide a valid VIES VAT number at checkout, the Reverse Charge mechanism applies, and you will be charged 0% tax.
What is your refund policy?
Pro Membership
We don’t offer refunds for partial months, but our service is contract-free. If you are on the Monthly plan, you can cancel at any time via your dashboard to stop all future payments. For Annual plans, you are protected by a 7-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind shortly after signing up.
Founders Circle
We offer a 30-Day Founder’s Guarantee. If you feel Algarve Circle isn’t the right “Asset” for your business within the first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full. We are looking for partners, not hostages.
What is the difference between Monthly and Annual?
The features are identical! The only difference is the price. The Annual plan gives you 2 months free (saving you €120/year). The Monthly plan gives you the flexibility to cancel at any time. Save even more with our limited time Founders offer!
Is this just another website for Expats?
Absolutely not. Our mission is to connect the entire Algarve. While we are launching in English, full European Portuguese localisation is a top priority on our roadmap. We are building the first platform designed to bridge the gap between the local community and international residents.
I’m a service provider (Plumber/Lawyer), not a restaurant. Is this for me?
Absolutely. In fact, service providers often see the highest return on investment because trust is so important in your field. The ‘Verified Business’ badge and client reviews help you stand out immediately against unverified competitors.
How does the "Verified Business" badge work?
Once you sign up as a Pro Partner, our team reviews your business details (such as your NIF or registration). Once confirmed, we apply the “Verified” badge to your listing, which tells customers you are a trusted, legitimate local business.
What if I need help setting up my profile?
We are here to help. Pro Partners get Dedicated Support. If you need assistance importing photos, writing your description, or setting up your location, just contact our team via the dashboard, and we’ll help you look your best.
Can I join for free and upgrade later?
Absolutely. You can start with a Standard (Free) listing to establish your presence. When you are ready for priority ranking and more leads, you can upgrade to Pro or become a Founder instantly from your dashboard.
How is this different from Facebook Groups?
Facebook groups are great for chatter, but terrible for finding information. Posts get buried in minutes. Algarve Circle is a structured, searchable ecosystem where your business is ranked, categorized, and easy for customers to find 24/7—not just when you post about it.
I own multiple businesses. Do I need to pay for each one?
No! Your Pro Membership is attached to your user account. This means you can manage multiple business listings under a single Pro subscription, and they all benefit from your Pro status. Businesses you manage must be owned by the user.
Is there an App?
Currently, Algarve Circle is built as a “Mobile-First” Web Platform. This means it works exactly like an app in your browser—fast, responsive, and no download required. However, a dedicated Native iOS & Android App is officially in development.

We are currently in the exclusive “Founder Intake” phase. We are hand-picking our initial 250 partners to ensure the ecosystem is high-quality before we open the doors to the public. We don’t scrape data from the internet—we verify every business. We are building a trusted network.
What exactly do I get with the "Concierge Setup"?
We know you are busy. As a Founder, you don’t need to learn our software. Within 24 hours of joining, our team will WhatsApp you. You simply send us your existing menu, website link, or photos, and we build your entire professional profile for you. You don’t lift a finger until it’s live.
Will my Founder's price ever go up?
Never. That is the primary benefit of the Founder’s Circle. The standard price will be €600/year (or more as we add features), but your price is locked at €450/year for life, regardless of how big the platform grows.
Can I pay monthly as a Founder?
No. The Founder’s Circle is an exclusive annual membership designed for committed partners, not casual renters. While the core platform is fully built and live today, your upfront investment allows us to accelerate our marketing campaigns and fast-track the release of new Roadmap features. Monthly options will be available for standard members later, but they will cost significantly more over the year (€720/year).
I already have a website. Is the Creative Partner perk relevant to me?
Yes. It covers far more than just web design. As a Founder, you get 25% off everything our agency offers—from designing new restaurant menus and flyers to social media graphics or a full brand refresh. Think of us as your on-demand marketing department, available at a permanent discount whenever you need us.
Does the €450 include future upgrades like the Property Hub?
Yes! Founding Partners get “All-Access” status to every future module (Real Estate, Marketplace) automatically. Plus, you help decide what comes next. If you need a specific feature for your business, tell us. As a Founder, your feedback directly shapes our development roadmap.
When does the traffic start?
We are onboarding the 250 Founders right now. We don’t want to send visitors to an empty site. Once the Founders are live (Q1 2026), we turn on the “Marketing Firehose” to drive traffic to your profiles. You are getting in early to ensure you are the one they find when the doors open.
Who owns the content you create for my profile?
You do. We are building assets for your business. The professional copy and profile setup we provide are yours to keep. If you ever decide to leave, we don’t hold your data hostage—it’s your business, we just amplify it.
What happens after the first year?
Your subscription will renew automatically at your locked-in rate of €450. We will send you a reminder 30 days before. You are free to cancel anytime, but please note: if you cancel your Founder status, you lose the €450 price lock forever. If you rejoin later, it will be at the standard market rate.
