What to expect
We've run stand up paddleboarding tours since 2014, led by our founders John Hogan and Heike Flohr, and our SUP Sunrise Benagil Tour is our best-known trip. We head out early, before the crowds arrive, to explore the famous Benagil sea cave and the surrounding coastline in calm morning light.
We take guests from age 4 to 78 out on the water (RNAAT licence 336/2014), and the tour includes an experienced guide, board, paddle and wetsuit if needed, and a lifejacket. We can also arrange transport to and from your accommodation for a small fee.
