Comfort Zone Concepts is a mobile wellness business run by Erika Harding, who has spent more than two decades in the wellness industry. The business brings professional massage, facial treatments and holistic therapy to clients across the Algarve, working from private treatment rooms in Loulé and Almancil as well as travelling out to homes, guesthouses, B&Bs and retreat centres. A team of eight qualified therapists delivers a range of targeted and holistic treatments, and every skincare treatment includes a skin consultation, helping clients understand their skin type and the right products and routine for it. Beyond individual sessions, Comfort Zone Concepts designs "Comfort Zone Spaces", turning an unused room at home into a private spa area, and runs Wellness Workshops in collaboration with other wellness and holistic professionals, covering diet, exercise, mental wellbeing and self-care. The Comfort Zone Couples offering brings pairs, whether partners, siblings, friends or a parent and child, together for side-by-side treatments, and is also sold as a gift for anniversaries and birthdays. Larger groups are welcome too, with the business able to cater for up to 35 people at once, and it partners with guesthouses and retreat centres to add spa treatments to their guest offering, including custom gift vouchers. Erika Harding also runs SPArty, a sister spa-party concept for celebrations, from the same Algarve Self Care business.
