Bend it Like Buddha Yoga Algarve

Bend it Like Buddha Yoga Algarve is a yoga teacher training school in Portimao, a short walk from Praia da Rocha. It runs 15-day Yoga Alliance RYT 200-hour foundational and RYT 300-hour advanced Vinyasa/Ashtanga certification courses, plus a 4-day hybrid in-person/online option, for students working toward a yoga teaching qualification; groups are capped at around 10. Founded and led by E-RYT 500 teacher Farrah Furtado, drawing on Mysore-lineage Vinyasa and Ashtanga alongside trauma-informed, somatic and Vedic teaching methods.
