Amani The Shift

Amani The Shift is a transformational and embodiment coaching practice run by Amani (previously known professionally as Amani Kaptan/Edyvane), a coach based in Portugal working with women on nervous system regulation, boundaries and confidence. Her approach, built around what she calls safety, precision and embodied truth, moves away from generic self-help frameworks towards work she describes as living in the body rather than the to-do list. Through her online shop, Amani sells individual sessions and recordings including Full Moon and New Moon Cacao Ceremonies, a Summer Solstice and Full Moon Magic session, a short Nervous System Reset audio, and a four-week Face Yoga programme, alongside an ebook and workbook bundle. Her ongoing membership, the Shift Collective, offers monthly live coaching calls, a content library of meditations, somatic practices and breathwork, plus periodic live workshop sessions.
