Market hall Loulé
Loulé Market
The Algarve's most famous market hall: a revivalist, Moorish-styled building from 1908 whose domed red turrets have become the symbol of Loulé. Inside, stalls sell fish, fruit, flowers, cheese, piri piri and regional sweets, with craft shops worked into the arcades. On Saturday mornings a farmers' market spills out around it and the whole quarter trades.
