What to expect
Every Sunday morning from 9:30 to 11:45, Espiche Yoga's studio between Luz and Lagos turns over to aerial yoga with teacher Ana. A fabric hammock, suspended from the ceiling, takes the weight of the body in inversions and deep stretches that would be much harder, or impossible, on a mat, while still building strength and flexibility through a flowing practice.
The class is open by drop-in like the rest of the weekly timetable, and Espiche Yoga also runs aerial yoga workshops on inquiry for anyone who wants a longer, more focused session. As with all classes here, prices are confirmed directly with the teacher rather than listed online.
