What to expect
Easydivers teaches full Open Water Diver certification through both the SSI and PADI systems, run from its dive centre at Marina de Albufeira. The course follows on from the centre's introductory Batismo de Mergulho session and leads into further SSI specialties, bundles and Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Divemaster training.
The team includes instructors Wilson Ferreira, Matias Cornejo, Fernando Ribeiro (holding both SSI and PADI instructor titles), Paulo Teixeira and Joao Hilario, most of whom also skipper the dive boat. Easydivers is also involved in local conservation work through the EDP ArtReef by VHILS project and its own Blue Oceans initiative.
