What to expect
Divers Cape runs Discover Scuba Diving sessions from its base at Porto da Baleeira in Sagres, at the western tip of the Algarve, diving inside the Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina Natural Park. The session can run from the shore or by boat, with the boat option costing slightly more.
The PADI dive centre is licensed under RNAAT no. 19/2009 and draws on more than 15 years of combined diving experience across its team. Its pricing is published in full on its own site, a rarity among Algarve dive centres, running from this taster session up to a complete Open Water Diver certification.
