Senses Cocktail & Wine Bar sits on the fifth and top floor of the AP Eva Senses hotel on Av. da República, in the historic centre of Faro. Every corner of the bar offers a different panoramic view, over the city centre, the marina or the Ria Formosa Natural Park, and the list is built around a range of signature cocktails exclusive to this address. The bar is open daily from 17:00 to midnight. AP Eva Senses' own site also lists a Summer 2026 Jazz & Bossa Nova concert series running through the season, part of a wider programme of live entertainment at the hotel. Reservations and enquiries for the bar go through the hotel's own contacts, and the space sits alongside AP Eva Senses' other food and drink venues, including Harune Restaurant and Adao Bistro Bar, both run by executive chef Alberto Carvalho.
