Columbus Culinary Bar

Columbus Culinary Bar has been open in Faro since 2004, on Praca Dom Francisco Gomes, serving refined food alongside a wine selection from around the world and author-created cocktails. The bar, part of the Grupo Giao hospitality group, also offers a dessert menu and special menus for groups and celebrations, with allergen information available on request. It is open daily from 12:00 noon to 1am. Tables can be booked through TheFork, and the bar can also be reached by phone or email.
