Aperitivo (Giao & Giao)

Aperitivo has served petiscos and cocktails on Faro's busiest downtown street since it opened in June 2016, part of the Grupo Giao family of venues. The bar leans on vermouths and a signature cocktail list alongside authentic Portuguese petiscos, and runs a daily 'Hora do Aperitivo' happy hour from 18:00 to 20:00. It opens every day of the year from 18:00 to 02:00, with seating that ranges from a relaxed terrace (esplanada) to a private room (Sala Privada). Reservations run through Aperitivo's TheFork booking widget, and the bar publishes its cocktail and food menus, plus an allergen list, on its own site.
