Praia do Canal Nature Retreat sits inside the Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina, on a 220 hectare estate with direct access to the beach and the sea, at Herdade Vale dos Polvos, Valinhos, Aljezur. The modern architecture and interiors are built around the surrounding landscape, and the property has 56 independent units, a pool overlooking the valley, three restaurants and a spa. Rooms range from Premium rooms with a balcony to Suites with a garden terrace, Premium suites, Signature suites and Garden suites with their own plunge pool. The three restaurants, Azeitona, Medronho and Zimbro, take their names from Alentejo and Algarve ingredients (olive, arbutus berry and juniper) and serve food built on the region's culinary heritage.
