Casa Fajara

Casa Fajara is a rustic boutique hotel hidden in a valley near Carrapateira, on the Algarve's west coast, about 750 metres from the village and close to the surfing beaches of Amado and Bordeira. It has 12 en-suite rooms, each with its own private terrace or balcony, and can also be booked as a whole-house rental for groups. On site there is a saltwater pool, a garden, a large yoga room (9.5 by 5.75 metres), a tennis court, a sauna and a treatment room, plus a well-stocked library and a spacious dining room. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and juices, yoghurts, eggs, breads, cold cuts and cheeses, pastries, and local jams and honey. Underfloor heating and log fires keep the house warm in winter. Casa Fajara is set up for couples, families, groups of walkers, cyclists and surfers, yoga retreats, boot camps, meetings and reunions, and it also hosts weddings. It operates under National Local Accommodation Registry number 1128/AL.
