What to expect
For a shorter taste of Wild View Retreat's programme, the Detox Long Weekend runs Thursday to Saturday and combines two yoga classes a day in the retreat's studio with two fitness classes, guided walks through the Serra do Caldeirão, and afternoons around the infinity pool. Instead of solid meals, the weekend runs on four smoothies and juices a day.
A day-only option (8am to 7pm across the 3 days, no accommodation) is priced from €200 per person, rising to €275 per person sharing a room with accommodation included, or €350 for a single room.
