Two free nights of Portuguese pop and tribute acts in Monchique's main square, with D.A.M.A, Táxi and an M80 throwback party.
Is this your event?
Claim Noites no Mirante 2026 to manage it, add photos and tickets, and list it under your business. It is free.
Noites no Mirante is Monchique's answer to the big beachside festivals down on the coast, staged instead in the hill town's Largo de São Sebastião with food stalls and local gastronomy alongside the music. It is free to attend, which makes it one of the better-value big nights out in the western Algarve. The first evening opens with the Bon Jovi tribute act Keep the Faith, followed by D.A.M.A and singer Sheila. The second night runs from Táxi through a Pearl Jam tribute act to a closing M80-style party that has become the event's signature finish. Gates open at 19:00 on both nights. It draws a mixed crowd of locals and visitors staying up in the Serra de Monchique, and the square fills up early for the headline sets.
