Tribulum Algarve

Tribulum Algarve is a modern European restaurant in Almancil built around executive chef and co-owner Jonnie Pratt, a classically trained chef with a passion for contemporary European cooking and local Algarve ingredients. His dishes are rooted in technique, elevated by creativity, and driven by a genuine love of hospitality; signatures include oxtail ravioli with gremolata and a truffle-scented mushroom cappuccino. Alongside the seasonal à la carte there's a two-course weekday lunch menu at EUR 18.50, a year-round Sunday roast that has become something of an institution, and The Green Zebra, the restaurant's illuminated outdoor cocktail bar and marquee, home to its Sunset Sundays series. A busy events calendar runs from New Year's Eve galas and St Patrick's celebrations to race-day lunches and guest-chef pop-ups. Beyond the dining room, Tribulum at Home brings the same kitchen to private villas: private-chef dinners, event catering with wait staff and barmen, and bespoke menus for celebrations across the Golden Triangle.
