Authentic Restaurant

Authentic Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant on the Algarve coast near Quinta do Lago, on Caminho das Ferrarias in Almancil. The dining room is built around a luxury theme, with gleaming marble floors, a fireplace and signature design furniture setting the scene for what the restaurant calls a "luxury food experience." The kitchen highlights Portuguese cuisine alongside international classics, each given what the restaurant describes as a surprising twist. The wine list features references from Portugal and further afield, curated with sommelier Robert Chang, and the kitchen team includes cooks Jan Winsent and Andrea Chung. Guests can dine in the main living room or out on the terrace. Beyond the main dining room, Authentic offers exclusive private spaces and a private driver service for guests, plus a seasonal menu programme that has included dedicated Christmas and New Year menus for the end of year festivities.
