A Maré's "Book Smarter" promotion gives two ways to save on stays between 1 October 2026 and 31 March 2027: a non-refundable rate at 10% off (full prepayment required at booking), or an early-bird rate at 5% off for planning ahead. Book directly with the guesthouse for the rate.
The small print
Two options, both for stay dates 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027: Early Bird (5% off, book ahead, best rate for chosen unit) or Non-Refundable (10% off, full prepayment at booking, non-refundable). Per the guesthouse's own promotional graphic (posted on the homepage). A separate 5%-off "June by the Sea" offer for June 2026 stays has since expired and is not this offer.
