What to expect
Reformer Pilates Algarve has run its boutique studio in Almancil since 2018, with three instructors teaching small-group reformer classes to a genuinely international mix of regulars from the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Brazil, South Africa and Portugal. Classes welcome all levels, with the reformer machine used to build core strength, posture and mobility through low-impact, controlled movement.
