The Project "Chilreta" | Small actions, Big differences

The Chilreta Project is an initiative of the Nova Meta Association which aims to promote the preservation of the Ria Formosa’s ecosystems through environmental awareness and active community participation. Over the coming months, a number of clean-up events will be held, open to volunteers of all ages, with the aim of removing litter from the natural environment and raising awareness of the importance of protecting our natural heritage, namely: 1st clean-up — 27 and 28 June — Ludo 2nd clean-up — 11 and 12 July — Faro Beach 3rd clean-up — 1 and 2 August — Riverside area 4th clean-up — 15 and 16 August — Faro Beach 5th clean-up — 12 and 13 September — Ilha do Farol
