Feira da Serra celebrates the food, crafts and know how of the hills behind São Brás de Alportel, from cork and honey to smoked meats, cheese and homemade liqueurs, with producers and artisans setting up stalls to sell and demonstrate their work. Live music, workshops and activities for families run throughout the weekend. For 2026 the fair moves into the town centre itself rather than its usual school grounds, bringing the event closer to residents and visitors, with free entry for everyone across the three days. The fair runs from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 July in central São Brás de Alportel, a short drive inland from Faro and Loulé.
