The Moto Clube de Faro brings its biggest weekend of the year back to Vale das Almas for the 44th International Motorcycle Rally, expected to draw around 20,000 riders and 600 clubs from across Europe between 16 and 19 July. Days run from midday through to the small hours, with a stage lineup as strong as any summer festival: Xutos & Pontapes and GNTK open on Thursday, Spain's Mojinos Escozios and Portuguese rockers UHF play Friday, and Rui Veloso hands over to UB40 for the Saturday headline slot before the closing M80 party. Beyond the music there is a full show and shine, food stalls, a campsite and the usual trade stands aimed squarely at riders. Entry for the Thursday opener is 10 euros, with part of the proceeds going to the Red Cross; a full four day pass costs 70 euros and covers camping on site.
