Yellow Bourbon

Yellow Bourbon is a specialty coffee bistro on Rua Vasco da Gama in central Faro, close to the 3HB Faro Hotel on the same street. It has been trading since 2023, run by the Tavares dos Reis family, who describe more than 50 years of family experience in artisan food that they have carried into this project. The concept blends European and Latin American influences into a menu built around fresh, local ingredients, served in a relaxed setting that the family positions as an invitation to slow down. Specialty coffee sits at the centre of the offering, giving Faro a dedicated coffee-focused spot on a street otherwise known for its shops and restaurants.
