Vai e Volta

Vai e Volta is a fish rodizio restaurant in Olhao, run since October 2001 by Maria Joao and her husband Jose. The concept is simple and singular: an all-you-can-eat rotation of grilled fish, priced per person rather than by dish, built around whatever the local fishermen have landed that day. The rodizio costs EUR 20 per adult and EUR 10 for children up to age 10, served all-inclusive with starters, side dishes and salad. Because the fish on offer depends on the season's catch, the selection changes through the year. Vai e Volta is open Tuesday to Sunday, lunchtime only (12:00 to 15:00), and closed on Monday. The restaurant does not take reservations, and payment is by cash, MB Way or contactless card only.
