Sol Viegas Iyengar Yoga & Massage

Iyengar yoga & massageOn requestYoga & pilatesSol Viegas runs a small, deliberately specialised studio in Almancil dedicated to Iyengar yoga and massage. Iyengar's particular discipline, precise alignment, long holds, careful use of props, isn't taught well in many places on the Algarve, which is part of why this studio has built a perfect five-star rating across more than a hundred reviews. Classes are kept small so each student gets real attention, and the massage practice complements the teaching for anyone working with injuries, persistent stiffness, or simply wanting to take their practice deeper than a generic flow class. Sol's experience runs to several decades and shows in how she works. For visitors and residents in the central Algarve looking for a serious practitioner rather than a holiday class, this is the studio. Booking ahead is essential, slots are limited by design.
