Salty Cliffs

Salty Cliffs runs guided kayak tours from Benagil beach, in small groups with a maximum of six kayaks per tour. The tour takes about two hours in double kayaks: after a safety briefing and paddling instruction on the beach, the group paddles into the Benagil cave, explores sea caves and a rock tunnel along the coast, and stops at Marinha beach for a swim. The guides, who the company says have more than five years of experience, share stories about the caves, tides and local history. Life jackets, waterproof bags and insurance are included. The meeting point is the car park near the Litoral restaurant in Benagil. The company lists its tourism registration (RNAAT 211/2025) and takes bookings on its website.
