Quads Experience

Quads Experience runs guided quad bike tours from Monchique, lasting about four and a half hours. The route leaves the main roads for hills, woodland and viewpoints, and passes Foia, the highest mountain in the Algarve, an old water mill and a medronho distillery. No previous experience is needed: the quads are described as easy to handle and a guide gives a safety briefing and instruction before the ride. The tour includes a guide, lunch, fuel, safety gear and insurance. Sunset tours are also offered, with times and availability given by phone. The meeting point is in Monchique and the site gives opening hours of 10:00 to 20:00 every day.
