Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is the pizza chain that began in 1958, when university students Frank and Dan Carney borrowed 600 dollars from their mother to open a small pizzeria in Wichita, Kansas, giving away free pizza on opening day as their first marketing move. That modest start grew into the pizza concept credited with popularising the Pan Pizza, still on the menu today alongside the original thin-crust recipe. In Portugal, Pizza Hut is operated by Iberusa - Hotelaria e Restauracao SA. The Algarve restaurant is at Algarve Shopping, Loja 1320, in Guia (Albufeira), reachable through the chain's national contact line, and offers dine-in service, takeaway and home delivery.
