Parque Aventura Albufeira

Parque Aventura Albufeira is a treetop adventure park set in eucalyptus and pine woodland just two minutes from Santa Eulália beach, roughly midway between Faro and Portimão. It has been running since 2008 as part of Luso Aventura, the company behind similar parks across Portugal. The main draw is the high ropes course, split into three levels: Curious (from age 4, two routes, EUR 13), Adventurer (three routes, EUR 16) and Fearless (five routes with tarzan jumps, spider webs and long zip lines, for ages 12 and up, EUR 20). Everyone gets a safety briefing and harness training before starting, and instructors stay on hand throughout the course. There is also a dedicated forest paintball arena with wooden bunkers and obstacles, priced from EUR 20 (150 balls) up to EUR 28 (400 balls), and a combined treetop-plus-paintball ticket for EUR 30. The park is open all year, with longer daily hours through the summer and reduced weekend-only hours in the depths of winter. It is a popular choice for birthday parties, stag and hen groups, and corporate team-building days, and there are shaded picnic tables on site for breaks between activities. Booking is handled through the park's own website and an online booking widget, with tickets also available on arrival.
