Adventure HQ

Adventure HQ is the Algarve's largest indoor playground, set on R. de Vale de Lousas in Alcantarilha (just inland from Armação de Pêra). Kids get stuck into climbing, sliding and soft play across a multi-level structure with trampolines, climbing nets and a dedicated toddler zone, plus an outdoor play area with rotating bouncy castles, while parents settle into the in-house family restaurant for freshly prepared food, specialty coffee from Al Gharb roasters, and even a cocktail, with big screens for sports and free Wi-Fi. Entry is simple: EUR 15 for unlimited all-day play (ages 1-11), babies under one free, and adults and over-12s enter free as supervisors. No booking needed: just turn up and play. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 (until 20:00 midweek and Sunday, 21:00 Friday and Saturday), closed Mondays. The venue also hosts three-hour birthday parties with reserved seating, fresh pizzas and unlimited drinks for the kids, plus group visits and special rates for schools and organisations. Consistently one of the best-reviewed kids' venues in the region, popular for rainy days, summer heatwaves and long family lunches where the kids have somewhere to be.
