Lidl Faro

Lidl's Faro store, on Rua Eng. Nuno Abecassis, represents a reported EUR 7,000,000 investment by the German discount chain when it opened in 2023, creating around 20 jobs as the district-capital's Lidl branch. The store follows Lidl's standard supermarket format, with fresh produce, bakery, meat and fish counters, and the retailer's own-brand ranges alongside national and international products. Lidl trades from further branches across the Algarve, including Loulé (Avenida do Algarve, Caliços) and Albufeira, and continues to expand its store network across the region.
