Expanse Personal Growth Services is the psychotherapy, counselling and life coaching practice of Molly Chan-Heyes, based in Porches with sessions also available online and, for a travel surcharge, in Vilamoura and Lagos. Chan-Heyes holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, an MBA and a Diploma in Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling, and is a registered member of the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (ICIP, registration 362470). Her early career involved supporting youth and children in residential care who had experienced trauma and abuse, before a period working in the energy markets; she describes both experiences as shaping her integrative, client-centred approach to therapy today. She works with individuals and couples on issues including addiction and substance abuse, anxiety, anger management, cross-cultural identity, divorce and separation, domestic violence, grief and loss, low self-esteem, procrastination, self-harm and suicidal ideation, self-sabotage, and the aftermath of sexual abuse. Chan-Heyes draws on Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, somatic experiencing and Bowen Family Systems theory, and is further trained in Flash Technique EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing) and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). A free 20-minute discovery call precedes any booking. Individual sessions (55 minutes) cost EUR 75 and couples sessions (75 minutes) cost EUR 120, with a block of 5 sessions recommended to start and block discounts available by prior arrangement.
