Burger King

Burger King is the flame-grilling fast-food chain built around the Whopper, its signature flame-grilled beef burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on a sesame seed bun. The Portuguese arm of the business describes itself on its own site as serving "the best flame-grilled meat and the freshest ingredients since 1954", staying close to the original US recipe while adapting the menu with chicken sandwiches, nuggets and King Box combos. The Algarve restaurant sits inside Forum Algarve shopping centre in Faro, offering counter and table service, mobile ordering through the Burger King app, and home delivery. Burger King's own store locator also lists further Algarve restaurants at Faro Airport, two locations in Albufeira (Albufeira Terrace and a second Albufeira store), and Portimao Retail Park, giving the chain one of the widest footprints of any burger brand in the region.
