Aurora by Vitor Veloso

Aurora by Vitor Veloso is a restaurant in Loulé's historic centre run by chef Vitor Veloso, who spent close to two decades cooking in well-regarded kitchens including the Ritz London (under chef John Williams) and Viajante in London (under chef Nuno Mendes) before opening Aurora. The restaurant serves contemporary Portuguese cuisine, with a menu and a booking system both reachable from its own site. It is open for lunch every day from 12:15 to 15:00, and for dinner Tuesday to Saturday from 19:00 to 22:00 (Monday is lunch only, closed Sundays).
