Alma Algarvia

Alma Algarvia manages short-term rental properties (Alojamento Local) for owners across the Algarve, taking care of the day-to-day running of a holiday let so the owner does not have to. The company handles calendar management to keep occupancy and pricing optimised, deals with booking requests and guest communication, and looks after check-in with a welcome service that runs around the clock, supporting guests throughout their stay. The service is offered in three tiers. The first is a check-in only service: verifying the property is ready, welcoming guests and presenting the house, handing over keys and giving local tourist information. The second adds booking management: listing and promoting the property across the main booking platforms, optimising price and occupancy, and handling guest communication including scheduling check-ins. The third is full property management, which adds bed linen and towels, bathroom and cleaning consumables (shampoo, shower gel, dish soap), guest support throughout the stay and the cleaning service itself. Portfolio examples on the company's own site include a two-bedroom apartment near Ilha da Culatra with a hot tub, and a two-bedroom apartment on Faro's Alameda within walking distance of the Teatro Lethes, the Igreja do Carmo and Faro's old town, both let with Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchens.
