Casa E Casa

Casa E Casa looks after Algarve homes for owners who are not always here to look after them themselves. The company manages and maintains villas and apartments across the region, from holiday homes that sit empty for months at a time to long-term rentals with tenants in place, drawing on thirty years of property maintenance experience and a team fluent in English and Portuguese. Property management is the core of the service: regular inspections with photographed reports, key holding and access management, utility and system checks, and coordination of any maintenance or repairs that come up, with emergency call-outs when something cannot wait. The maintenance side goes well beyond checks. The team supervises renovations and building work, manages contractors and budgets, inspects properties after storms, and keeps scheduled services such as pool care, gardening and cleaning running to calendar, with weekly plumbing and electrical inspections and monthly air conditioning servicing available for homes that need closer attention. Around the property work sits a personal concierge service covering the practical side of Algarve life: shopping and errands, appointments and travel arrangements, car servicing and inspections, airport transfers, even finding a reliable dog walker. For anyone moving to Portugal there is full relocation support, from pre-decision scouting trips and school searches through to home setup, mobile and internet connection and document translation, plus baby and children’s equipment rental for visiting families.
