Algarve Gourmet

Algarve Gourmet is a family-run company that hosts food and wine experiences at a vineyard near Carvoeiro. Its programme includes wine and food pairings with a live showcooking demonstration, a private vineyard food experience, Cataplana cooking classes and a market-to-table culinary class. The company also runs private nature and heritage days, including a seaside tour and the Seven Hanging Valleys coastal hike followed by a vineyard lunch. Experiences range from a two-hour tasting to a full day. The vineyard venue can also be booked for private events, and Algarve Gourmet makes its own artisanal products, among them jams, piri-piri sauce and an Algarve salami.
