Adega D'Alvor

Adega D'Alvor is a seafood restaurant in Alvor, set in a carefully restored old tavern that includes a wine cellar around 60 years old, with a combination of rooms giving each dining area its own atmosphere. The kitchen is built around live shellfish and charcoal-grilled fresh Algarve fish, alongside cataplanas, mixed grills ("parrilhadas") and oven-baked and stone-baked dishes for meat eaters, including fillet mignon. The restaurant sources regional products where possible, favouring a direct relationship with local suppliers over large-scale distribution.
