Adão Bistro Bar

Adão Bistro Bar sits on the ground floor of AP Eva Senses Hotel at Av. da República 1 in Faro, with an elegant interior dining room and an esplanade looking out over Faro Marina. The restaurant originally opened in 2020 as an independently branded poke and steakhouse concept, but is now run directly by AP Hotels & Resorts as ADÃO BISTRO BAR, a Portuguese-inspired bistro bar created by the hotel's Chef Alberto Carvalho, built around sharing plates that pair tradition with a contemporary touch. The bar and cafeteria service runs daily from 10am to 11pm, with an a la carte menu served daily from noon to 10pm and a set dinner menu from 6:30pm to 10pm, Sunday to Thursday. Adão sits alongside AP Eva Senses Hotel's other dining venues, including the Ria Formosa-view Harune Restaurant and the fifth-floor Senses Cocktail & Wine Bar. Reservations and enquiries go through the hotel's own reception line rather than a stand-alone restaurant contact.
