Algarve Nature Fest Celebrates the Natural Wonders of Ria Formosa From 25 to 27 September, the Algarve Nature Fest invites residents and visitors to discover the extraordinary natural beauty of Ria Formosa through a diverse programme of free nature tourism activities taking place across the five municipalities within this Natural Park. Organised by the Algarve Tourism Board, the event offers a range of unique outdoor experiences, including birdwatching, guided nature walks, boat trips, cycling and Segway tours, among many other activities showcasing the biodiversity, landscapes, wildlife, flora and natural heritage of one of the Algarve’s most iconic ecosystems. Over the course of three days, Ria Formosa becomes a unique setting for exploration, adventure and immersion in nature, promoting more sustainable tourism while encouraging a deeper appreciation of this exceptionally beautiful protected area. Participation is free of charge — join us and experience the Algarve in a more authentic, active and inspiring way.
