Villas & Vacations (Sociedade de Mediacao Imobiliaria Lda, AMI 715) is a licensed real estate agency founded in 1991 and based on Rua Manuel Teixeira Gomes, Corgo da Zorra, in Almancil, specialising in the sale and management of properties across the central Algarve, principally Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and the wider Almancil area. The agency runs two sides to its business: property sales, handled by Joaquim Hipolito, and holiday rentals, handled by Sofia Araujo and let through its associated company Villa Club Ltd (UK registered, providing accommodation reservation services since 2006). The rental portfolio is built mainly around villas, townhouses and apartments in the gated resorts of Dunas Douradas and Vale do Lobo, most with private pools, along with properties in Quinta do Lago's Lakeside Village. Villas & Vacations has also long published Central Algarve Magazine, a local news and information title, alongside its property listings. Sales enquiries can be tracked by property reference number on the agency's own website, and the rental side takes card payments and offers on-line availability checking, plus last-minute rental offers.
