TJ Projects

TJ Projects is a building and renovation company based in Areias de Almancil, founded in 2010 by Tim Parker and Daniel Ryan, who bring a combined 40 years of experience from the UK construction industry. The company holds building contractor licence (Alvará) 98264 and works across the Algarve on new builds, renovations and refurbishments for villas, apartment blocks and commercial spaces. The team covers the full scope of a renovation project: general construction, structural work, interior remodelling (kitchens and bathrooms), exterior redesign (swimming pools, gardens, patios and outdoor kitchens), painting, and general repairs and maintenance including plumbing, electrical and roofing work. Replacement windows and doors are fitted using parts imported from Germany and the UK. Recent projects include a full architectural rebuild of a contemporary villa with sea views, an apartment refurbishment at a Fazenda Nova country house, an exterior refurbishment of a villa in Pinheiros Altos, and a complete townhouse renovation in Quinta das Salinas.
