Tiffany's Riding Centre

Tiffany's Riding Centre has operated from Almádena, in the western Algarve between Lagos and Praia da Luz, since 1988. Tiffany's family bought the farm in 1982 and moved here the following year, and the centre she built has been welcoming riders of all abilities ever since. Rides follow quiet trails and tracks through farmland and natural areas rather than an arena, giving a countryside experience close to Lagos, Praia da Luz, Burgau and Budens. Pony Rides (EUR 25, 20 minutes) suit children aged 4 to 9, Farm Rides (EUR 30, 20 minutes) are built for riders aged 10 and up including adults new to horses, and the Beginners Ride (EUR 70, 1 hour 20 minutes) takes riders aged 6 to 74 further out on horseback. Riding helmets are included in every price, with boots and chaps available too, and horses come fully prepared and tacked up. Beyond one-off rides, the centre runs a Pony Club and offers full and part liveries for owners who keep their horses on site. Bookings run through WhatsApp or email, and the team, including instructor Claire who has been part of Tiffany's since 2000, teaches everyone from complete beginners to advanced riders training for competition.
