The Buyer's Agent Portugal

The Buyer's Agent Portugal is a property buying agency based in Almancil, founded and led by Maya de Filippo. When you buy a property the estate agent works for the seller; The Buyer's Agent works only for the buyer. The team guides buyers through the whole purchase: finding the right property, asking the right questions, viewings, negotiation and completion. You can have full buyer representation from start to finish, or negotiation and purchase support once you have found a property yourself. They are based in the Algarve and work across Portugal. Each month Maya also runs the Buyer's Briefing, a free live online session on one question that shapes a move or a purchase, with no property promotion. You can book a 30-minute introductory call with Maya through the website.
