Rise Pilates Studio

Rise Pilates Studio is a new boutique studio on Avenida Tivoli in Vilamoura, opened in June 2026 and built around a simple promise: sculpt, stretch and smile. The timetable covers reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, barre, Smart Body and yoga, and there is an infrared sauna on site, so there is something here whether you are starting out on the reformer or deepening an existing practice. The studio is fresh from its grand opening and welcoming its founding members, so early joiners get the best of it: a bright new space, rows of new reformer beds and opening offers. Classes are booked online through the Rise app, and the weekly schedule is shared on the studio’s Instagram.
