QP Savills is a luxury real estate agency covering the golden triangle and the wider Algarve, with three offices in Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Loule. The company was founded in 1998 as Quinta Properties and has since built what it describes as the largest sales team in the region, now operating under a long-standing partnership with Savills as its International Associate for the Algarve. The Quinta do Lago office sits at 25 Avenida da Gondra, the Vale do Lobo office on Avenida do Mar, and the Loule office at Praca da Republica 55, giving the agency a presence in three of the areas where the Algarve's villas, apartments and building plots most often change hands. Its portfolio spans contemporary new-build villas in the hills above Loule to golf-front apartments and waterfront homes inside the Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo resorts. Alongside sales, QP Savills runs an in-house marketing division for sellers, and its reach through the Savills network extends listings beyond Portugal to international buyers.
